What is the Sales-Marketing Funnel?

When I started my first business, I had no experience selling; only buying. I was uncomfortable, awkward, and ignorant. But selling is a skillset, which can be learned. Marketing is a skillset and it can be learned as well.

I learned that there are five steps to the selling process and that nobody becomes a customer until they've passed through all five steps.

I learned that prospects pass through six levels of an ever-narrowing "Sales-Marketing Funnel" and that an entrepreneur has to know how to recognize which level a prospect is at, which then dictates what the prospect needs and how to efficiently provide that to bring the prospect to the next level.

I believe that the basics can be taught through a series of hands-on training sessions with an entrepreneur where the discussion is focused on your specific business.

This series of eight 2-hr sessions is entitled:

What's in the box?

  • Session One: Introducing the Sales-Marketing Funnel: "The Ps"

    • Sessions Two through Seven deal with each P-level: discussing it in terms of your business, with suggestions for collateral, sales techniques, sales processes, and efficient means to manage that level.

    • Session Eight: Wrap-up session, answering questions and looking at the big picture of your business.

Note: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the fee is due at the time of booking a Mastering the Sales-Marketing Funnel. The balance of the fee is due the day before the first session begins.

Notes:
